The FEDERAL MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FOOD SECURITY (FMAFS) has engaged the services of Aliyu A. Kiliya and Co. Auctioneering Limited to conduct a PUBLIC AUCTION FOR THE SALE OF TEN (10) NOS. SCRAP UNSERVICEABLE HEAVY-DUTY MACHINES.

AUCTION PROCESS
The Scrap Unserviceable Heavy-Duty Machines shall be sold to the highest bidders through an open and competitive bidding process. All assets are sold “AS IS”, with no warranty, expressed or implied. All sales are final, and no refunds shall be entertained.

INSPECTION/VIEWING
Physical inspection/viewing of the machines will be held at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Office, Sheda, Gwagwalada, on 29th to 5th -6th October 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.

VENUE:
Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Office, Sheda, Gwagwalada, Abuja.

AUCTION SALE DAY
Date: Wednesday, 7th October, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.

VENUE FOR AUCTION
The auction will be held at:

Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, FCDA Secretariat, Area 11, Garki, Abuja.

PAYMENT
Successful bidders shall make full payment within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of the auction. Payment shall be made through the account of the appointed Auctioneer, who shall generate the appropriate Remita payment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
All FMAFS assets are sold “AS IS”, with no warranty, expressed or implied.

Prospective bidders are strongly advised to inspect the machines before participating in the auction.
