INVITATION TO TENDER

A: PREAMBLE

In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) Headquarters in Abuja intends to dispose of her landed property at Gusau, Zamfara State. Consequently, the agency wishes to invite reputable and Interested Bidder(s) to tender for this Acquisition as follows:

B: TENDER REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for consideration, interested companies are required to submit the documents listed hereunder. Failure to submit any of the under listed documents may lead to disqualification of the bid:

• Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.
• Certified true copy of Memorandum and Article of Association with CAC (Form C02 & CO7 inclusive)
• Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last three (3) years (2023 – 2025) corresponding with declared Annual Turnovers by inclusion of photocopy and Tax Identification Number (TIN) issued by the proper tax authority.
• Valid National Pension Commission (PENCOM) Certificate as evidence of Compliance with Pension Reform Act, 2004.
• Valid Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Certificate as evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2011.
• Valid Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)
• Valid Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers (Interim Registration Report from the Bureau of Public Procurement)
• Detailed Company profile
• Audited statements of accounts for the past three (3) years (2023-2025)
• Verifiable evidence of competence exhibited in the provision of similar services within the last 3 years. Attach letters of Award and certificate of disengagement if any.

C. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

(i) Notwithstanding the submission of tender data, the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency is neither committed nor obligated to include your company on any bid list or award any form of contract to your company or Agent.

(ii) The advertisement shall not be considered as a commitment on the part of Nigerian Airspace Management Agency or shall it entitle potential companies to make claims whatsoever or seek any indemnity from Nigerian Airspace Management Agency by virtue of such company having responded to the advertisement.

(iii) Tender should be submitted to the Agency’s Procurement Secretariat Within work hours i.e. 8am – 4pm on working days, before closing date.

D. SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Tender to be addressed and submitted to the office of the General Manager, Procurement at the Agency’s address supplied at the top of this advert. Submission of application closes on October 2, 2026 by 12.00 noon and the bid will be opened immediately on the same date at the NAMA Headquarters Annex, Airport Road, Abuja.
