Description
MSME BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CAPACITY TRAINING UNDER THE LAGOS STATE EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT PROGRAMME (LSESP) – PHASE 3

In Lagos State, MSMEs operate across a diverse range of sectors including trade, manufacturing, fashion, food processing, creative industries, and services. Yet despite their numerical strength and economic significance, many MSMEs remain constrained by limited business management capacity, poor financial practices, weak market linkages, and difficulty accessing formal finance.
