NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF TENDER

To All Prospective Bidders,

Nasarawa State College of Education Awkanga, Nasarawa State, hereby notifies the general public and all interested contractors on the above-referenced invitation to tender and wishes draw the attention of all interested bidders and the general public to its earlier advertisement published in The Herald and National Moonlight Newspaper and the Federal Tender Journal of Monday May, 4th – Sunday May 17th, 2026. is hereby cancelled with immediate effect.

This decision is taken in line with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, which empowers the College to annul a procurement process at any time without incurring any liability.

All documents submitted or payments made for the collection of tender documents in respect of this tender will be handled in accordance with the College’s procurement policy. No further action should be taken regarding this tender.

We regret any inconvenience this cancellation may cause and appreciate your interest in partnering with the College. As the college embark on fresh procurement process in line with the procurement Act 2007.
