INVITATION TO TENDER

Delta State Ministry of Housing wishes to invite suitably qualified Companies to tender for:
a) Construction of Car Park and Furnishing of the New Quarters of the President, Customary Court of Appeal, Asaba.

2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from Tenders Board Secretariat, Ministry of Housing, Asaba, upon non-refundable payment of the prescribed fee as contained in 3(v.).

3. Tenders, must be accompanied by the following:
i) Evidence of registration with Delta State Government as a contractor;
ii) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii) Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv) Verifiable contact address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc;
v) Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee for the job mentioned above.
vi) Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
Vii) Evidence of Financial capability;
viii) Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
lx) Evidence of DSIR Card;
X) Affidavit of verification/Declaration on non-conflict of interest.
xi) Affidavit of non-conflict of interest and truth of statement’s from the Delta State High Court.
xii) Evidence of Equipment and relevant infrastructure to execute particular procurement.

4. Tenders are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering, for this purpose tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Housing, Asaba for Guidance.

5. All tender documents which should be in two copies each must come with the completed Bill of Quantities in a sealed envelope and addressed to:
The Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board,
Ministry of Housing, Asaba.

4. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope and delivered to the above stated office on or before 19th June, 2026. Tenders will be opened at 12:00.noon in the Conference Room of the Ministry of Housing on 22nd June, 2026 in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.
