INVITATION FOR TENDER

Gwagwalada Area Council hereby write to invite interested firms and reputable companies to present bids for the underlisted projects.

LIST OF PROJECTS FOR ADVERTISEMENT BY GWAGWALADA AREA COUNCIL.
LOT 1: Construction of Basic Health Centre at Dukpa community.
LOT 2: (i) Construction of road/drainage and complete with asphalt overlay from Milano junction to Ikwa burial ground junction, Zuba.
(ii) Construction of Zuba old court road and drainage complete with asphalt overlay.
(iii) Construction of 1 Km road/drainage and complete with asphalt overlay at Anguwan Bassa II Dobi
(iv) Construction of 2 Km road/drainage complete with asphalt overlay beside Tungan maje primary school.
LOT 3: (i) Construction of fence, gate house and reinforced concrete single cell culvert at LEA primary school, Old Kutunku.
(ii) Construction of Block of two (2) classroom 2No. at Ikwa primary school.
LOT 4: (i) Procurement and installation of Solar power lights at Aguma Gwagwalada and Agora Zuba palaces.
(ii) Procurement and delivery of 20No. of 500 KVA transformers to Area Council Secretariat, Gwagwalada.
(iii) Procurement and installation of 500 KVA transformer and extension of low-tension line at Ikwa junction Ikwa.
(iv) Procurement and installation of 1No. of 500 KVA transformer and extension of low-tension line at Almhuss area of Kutunku.
(v) Procurement and installation of 2No. of 500 KVA transformers and extension of Low-Tension lines at Unguwan Kwaku and Dobiza communities.
LOT 5: (i) Extension of pipe borne water from water board line to Anguwan Dodo and environs.
(ii) Extension of pipe borne water from waterboard line to Radio house junction, old Kutunku and Kaida road communities.

REQUIREMENTS
1. The company must be duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Evidence of last three years company tax.
3. The company must have VAT certificate.
4. Company profile and clientels (if any) will be added advantage.
5. Company audited accounts for the past six months statements of accounts.
6. Evidence of financial capacity from a reputable Bank including Bank certificate.
7. ITF compliance certificate
8. PENCOM compliance certificate
9. NSITF compliance certificate
10. Non-refundable registration fee payable to the area council account at Zenith bank.
11. Sworn Affidavit at the high court that none of your company’s director(s) is involved in financial fraud.

COLLECTION OF TENDER
Tender documents can be collected from the Works Department of the Area Council on the payment of non-refundable fee of Seventy Five Thousand Naira (N75,000.00) only from Friday 26th June to Thursday, July 17, 2026.

SUBMISSION OF THE TENDER AND PROPOSAL
Completed tender must be submitted in sealed envelope marked confidential and addressed to the Secretary, Tenders Board not later than 12:00pm noon on or before Thursday 17th, July 2026.
Opening of Tenders shall be by noon same day in the Area Council Secretariat hall conference hall.
The Tenders’ board reserves the right to reject any Tender in part or in full.
