INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER

In accordance with the due process requirements of the Kano State Government of Nigeria, Ministry for Local Government on behalf of the Kano State 44 Local Government Councils hereby invites interested, qualified, and reputable contractors/companies with relevant experience for the:

1. PROCUREMENT OF FERTILIZER FOR DISTRIBUTION TO FARMERS AT THE 44 LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL WARDS

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

(a) Evidence of Incorporation or Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) REGISTRATION of Companies with Kano State Ministry of Finance and registration with related relevant authorities.
(c) Company’s Audited Account for 3 years.
(d) Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years.
(e) VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) Evidence of Banking Support.
(g) Experience, Technical Capabilities of Key Personnel.
(h) Record of previous Project Execution.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

All submissions must be made within two (2) weeks from the day of this publication, as late submission will not be considered. The documents are to be delivered to the office of the HOD Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS) of the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

Respondents are to take note that this advert should not be considered as a commitment on the part of the Ministry for Local Government, nor shall it entitle any contractor to any claim whatsoever or to seek any form of indemnity from the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Kano State, by virtue of such contractor having responded to this publication.
