The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, commissioned by BMZ and Co-financed by the European Union (EU), manages multi-sectorial projects across each Geo-political zone in Nigeria. A key part of GIZ’s communications work is raising awareness among both internal and external stakeholders about our portfolio, highlighting partnerships, events, impacts, testimonials, human interest stories.

To meet this requirement, GIZ Nigeria & ECOWAS requires services of qualified service providers (companies) that are willing and able to provide efficient and cost-effective Photography and Videography services and thus invites qualified companies to express their interest to provide the below:

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, PODCAST PRODUCTION AND LIVESTREAMING SERVICES.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest on the Company Letterhead (1 page only).


b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association.
c. Evidence of Tax payment (TCC) for 2023, 2024 and 2025 or more recent with a combined average annual turnover of NGN 100,000,000.00. (1 page)
d. Comprehensive Company Profile, including average number of employees in the past three years. (max of 5 pages only).
e. On the spot physical assessment of office locations. Please provide clear office addresses. (include this in company profile)
f. Ability and capacity to deliver services nationwide. Please confirm your capacity to deliver services nationwide. (include this in company profile).
g. Technical Experience in Documentary Videography and Cinematography, Field Photography, Podcast production, Livestreaming and Presence in Abuja and Lagos. (1 page)
h. Bank Introductory letter specifying account number not later than three months. (1 page only).
i. Five references of previous similar projects in photography, videography, podcast production, and livestreaming services with international organisation in the development sector with a minimum of NGN 50,000,000.00 combined. Regional Experience in West African Sub Region or experience with a regional Agency such as ECOWAS.

4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health Yobe State clearly marked Tender document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 3rd August, 2026.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Niger Delta University in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007 and other extant regulations, invite competent and reputable Companies to submit prequalification and tender documents for Year 2026 TETFUND INTERVENTION FOR ICT SUPPORT:

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
The scope consists of Supply, Installation, testing, and Commissioning of Hardware Equipment, Software solutions, training, and 1-year Maintenance of all tools.

3.0 DESCRIPTION OF WORK
LOT 1 – Procurement of Renewable Energy Hardware & IT/Surveillance Equipment and Installation

4.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders should submit the following documents for pre-qualification:
a. Evidence of incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission;
b. Valid Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate;
c. Evidence of compliance with Pension Fund – PENCOM;
d. Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) contribution;
e. Evidence of compliance with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF);
f. Evidence of registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by the BPP or a copy of Interim Registration Report (IRR) as evidence of compliance with the requirements; and
g. Valid Sworn Affidavit:
Disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
That no Director has been convicted in any Country for any criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter;
That the company is not in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings;
That the company does not have existing loan or financial liability with a bank, other financial institution or third party that is classified as doubtful, non-performing, bad or whose repayment portion has been outstanding for the last four (4) months;
h. Annual audited accounts for the last three (3) years, duly acknowledged by the Nigerian Revenue Service (NRS);
i. Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility not less than N50 million for the execution of the project when awarded;
j. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
k. Evidence of company’s Registration with the relevant regulatory professional bodies e.g. NITDA/CPN/Information Technology;
l. All documents for submission must be transmitted with covering/forwarding letter under the Company’s/Firm’s letterhead, bearing amongst others the Registration Number (RC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail. Such letterhead must bear the names and nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer(s).
