4.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders should submit the following documents for pre-qualification:
a. Evidence of incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission;
b. Valid Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate;
c. Evidence of compliance with Pension Fund – PENCOM;
d. Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) contribution;
e. Evidence of compliance with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF);
f. Evidence of registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by the BPP or a copy of Interim Registration Report (IRR) as evidence of compliance with the requirements; and
g. Valid Sworn Affidavit:
Disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
That no Director has been convicted in any Country for any criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter;
That the company is not in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings;
That the company does not have existing loan or financial liability with a bank, other financial institution or third party that is classified as doubtful, non-performing, bad or whose repayment portion has been outstanding for the last four (4) months;
h. Annual audited accounts for the last three (3) years, duly acknowledged by the Nigerian Revenue Service (NRS);
i. Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility not less than N50 million for the execution of the project when awarded;
j. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
k. Evidence of company’s Registration with the relevant regulatory professional bodies e.g. NITDA/CPN/Information Technology;
l. All documents for submission must be transmitted with covering/forwarding letter under the Company’s/Firm’s letterhead, bearing amongst others the Registration Number (RC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail. Such letterhead must bear the names and nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer(s).

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
The Provision of Smart and Conventional (Normal and High-Pressure High Temperature) Well Completions contract requires the contractor to supply specialist equipment, complex systems, and qualified personnel to execute both conventional and intelligent well completion activities. This ensures safe and reliable well performance across normal and high-pressure regimes on land, swamp and Shallow offshore Terrains. The scope is delivered through structured modules that support Completions, production, injection, system control, and long-term operability. The contract will be divided into the following modules:
– Normal Pressure Completions Systems.
– High Pressure Completions Systems.
– SMART Well and Downhole Pressure Gauge Systems.
– Wireless Pressure Gauges Systems.
– Through Tubing Intervention and Specialized systems

Key responsibilities include installing completion and injection systems, developing service designs, deploying SMART equipment with remotely operated ICVs, integrating downhole and surface valve and monitoring systems, providing surface control and data-acquisition units, maintaining required equipment and spares, and commissioning data-monitoring systems to support Renaissance’s SMART well operations.
