The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, commissioned by BMZ and Co-financed by the European Union (EU), manages multi-sectorial projects across each Geo-political zone in Nigeria. A key part of GIZ’s communications work is raising awareness among both internal and external stakeholders about our portfolio, highlighting partnerships, events, impacts, testimonials, human interest stories.
To meet this requirement, GIZ Nigeria & ECOWAS requires services of qualified service providers (companies) that are willing and able to provide efficient and cost-effective Photography and Videography services and thus invites qualified companies to express their interest to provide the below:
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, PODCAST PRODUCTION AND LIVESTREAMING SERVICES.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest on the Company Letterhead (1 page only).

The Ministry of Health and Human Services, Damaturu, Yobe State, in line with the public procurement Act (2016), hereby wishes to invite reputable, interested contractors with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for the following:
PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE TO THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, YOBE STATE
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT.
• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023,2024 & 2025);
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.
3. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Director Planning Research and Statistics, Ministry of Health and Human Services.
4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health Yobe State clearly marked Tender document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 3rd August, 2026.
