CALL FOR THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

RE: REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI/JDPI-ECHO-MAID-24-06-26-001) FOR DRILLING OF FIST AQUIFER BOREHOLE IN DAURA LGA AND IN MADAGALI LGA OF BORNO AND KATSINA STATE USING MOTORIZED DRILLING RIG. AND CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATIONS OF VIP LATRINES.

This is a formal request to all interested Hydro-Geological drilling companies/vendors to express their interest on the above call.

1. Latrine construction and rehabilitation of VIP Latrines
• Pulka, Gowza LGA of Borno State 8 new Latrine construction and 8 rehabilitations.
• Madagali LGA of Adamawa State 16 new drop hole of Latrines
• Magumeri LGA , of Borno State 6 new drop holes of Latrines
• Mainok, Kaga LGA of Borno State 6 new drop holes
• Duara LGA, Katsina State. 10 new drop holes of Latrines.

2. Drilling of first Aquifer borehole :
• 1 new solar powered Borehole in Duara LGA, Katsina State.
• 1 new solar powered Borehole in Magar, Madagali LGA , Adamawa State.

Note: All interested Companies/Vendors must express their interest within seven days (7) from the date of this publication.

Terms and conditions
Please provide the following information in your expression of interest:
1. Provide company profile with proof of experience on similar work. This should include company registration, past jobs and evidence of Tax clearance.
2. All Expression of interest must be duly signed, stamped and dated
3. The EoI must be printed on the company letter head paper
4. All Expression of interest must be submitted within seven Days (7) from the day of this publication either through this mail (procurement@jdpimaiduguri.org) or hard copy into the bid box at JDPI Maiduguri Head Office.
5. Hard copy submission should be made between the hours of 08:30 hours and 16:00hours from Monday to Thursday
6. The subject of the mail should carry the EoI number ( EoI/JDPI-ECHO-MAID-24-06-26-001 ) and for those submitting hard copy, the Envelope must carry both the address of JDPI Maiduguri and the EoI number
7. Only successful companies/vendors will be contacted to submit their quotations for the work.
8. Every request for clarification should be sent to the procurement email address (procurement@jdpimaiduguri.org) not later than five (5) days from the date of publication. Response to any clarification will be sent to all companies/vendors who have expressed interest not later than seven (7) days after this publication.
