The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the World Bank for the Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project, whose development objective is to improve secondary education opportunities for adolescent girls in targeted areas in the implementing states.
The Kwara State AGILE Project intends to engage a qualified Consultancy Firm for the supervision of construction works at 26 schools in five (5) Lots, comprising 13 Junior Secondary Schools and 13 Senior Secondary Schools across Kwara State.

Objective:
To provide full-time on-site construction supervision and contract administration services to the Kwara State Project Implementation Unit (Kwara SPIU), so that the works are executed in accordance with the approved designs and specifications, within time and cost, and in compliance with the environmental and social (E&S) requirements of the Project.

Scope of the Assignment
The selected Consultancy Firm shall, among other things;
• Review the designs, drawings, work programmes and contractors’ statutory documentation, administer the construction contracts and supervise all sites from mobilization to the end of the Defects Notification Period, with a resident Clerk of Works at each site and senior engineers visiting at least twice monthly.
• Ensure the quality of the works through inspection and testing of materials and workmanship, issue instructions to contractors, and advise the SPIU on delays, variations and extensions of time.
• Check and certify contractors’ invoices, measurements and variations, and monitor and report on compliance with the CESMP, occupational health and safety and GBV/SEA-SH requirements.
• Submit an Inception Report, monthly progress reports, Construction Completion Reports and an End-of-DNP Report, conduct Taking-Over inspections, clear snags and hand over the completed facilities. Etc (See full TOR in the link below):
The assignment is for twelve (12) months of active supervision (1 month mobilization, 10 months construction and 1 month reception and handover), followed by availability throughout the twelve (12) month Defects Notification Period.

Introduction
Finpact Development Foundation (FINDEF) is a Nigerian humanitarian civil society organization implementing the CDCS-3609 project in conflict-affected communities of Zamfara State. Populations in Bungudu, and especially girls and women of reproductive age, continue to face heightened risks due to limited access to essential hygiene items needed to sustain personal and environmental hygiene practices. FINDEF is procuring hygiene kits to support women and girls’ hygiene, safety, and well-being, and thus contribute to the prevention of hygiene-related risks. FINDEF invites tenders from suitable, eligible, and competent companies for the supply and delivery of the items described below in accordance with the eligibility requirements set out herein.

Scope of Services
The successful supplier shall supply, assemble into complete hygiene kits, and deliver all items listed in the Bill of Quantities below to Gusau, Zamfara State. Quotes should be fully inclusive of packaging, loading, transportation, offloading, and handling at the designated delivery location.
