CALL FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PERIOD 2026–2028

Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is a Catholic Church-based international humanitarian organization with a mission to accompany, serve and advocate for the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced persons. JRS works wherever the needs of refugees, internally displaced persons and other vulnerable communities are urgent and unattended.

In Nigeria, JRS provides a wide range of humanitarian and development assistance, including protection, education, health, livelihoods, peacebuilding, shelter and rehabilitation, and other support services for internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees, returnees, forcibly displaced persons and host communities.

JRS Nigeria is therefore inviting suitably qualified and reputable suppliers, contractors, consultants and service providers to submit applications for prequalification for the provision of goods, works and services for its programmes and operations in North West, Nigeria for the period September 30th, 2026, to September 29, 2028.

Background
MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is a social enterprise established in Nigeria in 2009 and is a leading provider of family planning and a range of contraceptive options to women, girls, and families across the 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. With a mission to ensure children by choice not chance, MSI Nigeria envisions a world where every birth is wanted. Through collaborations with government at the national, state, and community levels, MSI Nigeria offers accessible and comprehensive reproductive healthcare services using operational approaches, such as Marie Stopes Medical Centres, community outreach teams, public sector strengthening support, and a toll-free contact centre.

ZOA is a DUTCH INTERNATIONAL RELIEF AND RECOVERY ORGANIZATION headquartered in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. We support vulnerable people affected by violent conflicts and natural disasters, helping them build dignified and resilient lives.

ZOA operates in over 15 countries, including Nigeria, and ZOA started its operation in Nigeria since 2016. We operate in Borno, Sokoto and Yobe States. ZOA’s mandate is to work with conflict and disaster affected people and we serve them through humanitarian and early recovery interventions. Key intervention areas include: Food Security & Livelihoods, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Disaster Preparedness, and Community empowerment.
