l. Letter of Authorization from the original Manufacturers in accordance with approved list of accredited locally manufactured brand in Nigeria by the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC);
m. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided indicating among others the Lead Partner (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Clearance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Clearance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner).
n. REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

1. INTRODUCTION:
The Federal Government of Nigeria has provided funds in the 2026 Appropriation Act for the Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB). In this regard, and in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the NSIB hereby invites qualified and competent consultants with proven experience and a strong track record of performance to submit expression of interest for the under-listed projects.

2. SCOPE OF WORK:
– Engagement of Indigenous Registered Architectural Consultancy firms for the Provision of Construction Supervision services, Professional and Regulatory Compliance, Quality assurance, Project Monitoring as well as Project close-out documentation.
– Engagement of Indigenous consultants for the Development, Deployment and Provision of Technical Support for Multi-modal Accident Investigation systems for NSIB in compliance with ICAO & IMO.

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND WORKS/ INSTALLATIONS FOR THE 2026 CAPITAL APPROPRIATED PROJECTS

1.0 INTRODUCTION
This is to inform the general public that the Federal Medical Centre Abeokuta in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, is desirous of commissioning competent contractors for its year 2026 Capital Appropriated Projects. In view of this, the Hospital is hereby inviting interested Contractors with relevant experience and good track record to submit their Technical and Financial Bids in respect of the Supply/ Installation of Goods in accordance with Due Process:

2.0. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
For Financial Bids to be considered, prospective bidders must be technically qualified by demonstrating qualification in the following areas:
i. Valid certificate of incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including forms CAC 2 and CAC 7 (or CAC 1.1) with evidence of filling of Annual Returns
ii. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025) valid till 31st December 2026 with minimum average annual turnover of N100 million for works and N20 million for goods.
iii. Verifiable evidence of Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026.
iv. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026.
v. Verifiable evidence of registration on the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) National Database of contractors, Consultants and Service Providers in form of current Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2026 or valid certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
vi. Verifiable evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) valid till 31st December, 2026.
vii. A Sworn Affidavit:
– disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
– that neither the company nor its directors is undergoing any form of receivership, insolvency or bankrupt.
viii. Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) successful years (2023, 2024, 2025) duly stamped by Federal Inland Revenue Services.
ix. Verifiable evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years supported with letters of award and commissioning, activity description, client location, value of job, status of the projects, practical completion certificate etc.
x. Company’s profile including CV/copies of Qualifications of Key Personnel to be deployed on the job such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON, CPN, NCS, Works, Annual license to practice as a pharmacist and Certificate of Registration/Retention of important importation premises for medical supply of drugs etc.
xi. Verifiable evidence of financial capability of the company from a reputable Commercial Bank indicating willingness to provide credit facilities for the execution of the project.
xii. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner);
xiii. All documents for submission must be paginated and transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firm’s original letter Head paper bearing amongst others: the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferable GSM No) and e-mail address. The letter head paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the company at the bottom of the page duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.
xiv. Letter of Consent authorizing the Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta to run background checks on data and information provided.

Failure to submit any of the listed documents shall be sufficient grounds for disqualification.
