Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Event management and logistics services for a day commercial diplomacy summit.  If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Quotations are due by August 29, 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

The U. S. EMBASSY IN ABUJA is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide event management and facilitation services to support the Mission Nigeria’s Freedom 250 programming for Six (6) American Space Phase 2 with the objective of designing and furnishing Five (5) spaces, Technology upgrade, providing operational supplies, Design and deliver a series of AI program support showcasing American leadership, Coordinating, branding and compliance, at the six (6) America spaces in Northern Nigeria identified in the background for twelve (12) months, specifically in support of Freedom 250 goals. Kindly submit the quotation based on the attached Statement of Works (SOW).

Payment Terms: Net 30.

Evaluation Criteria:

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal provides the best overall value to the U.S. Government, based on a comprehensive evaluation of both price and non-price factors. Non-price factors will include, but not be limited to, the offerors:

  • Professional experience in design, furniture, technology enhancements, and AI-focused programming support.
  • Logistics, project management, and overall organizational capacity.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government public diplomacy objectives and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Northern Nigeria.
  • Knowledge and understanding of U.S. history, culture, and values
  • Past performance on similar projects, including the quality and relevance of references provided
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with applicable institutional, community engagement, security, and other relevant requirements.

The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Quoters are encouraged to submit their best terms with their initial quotation.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include:
