SCOPE OF WORK

MSH Nigeria is looking for reputable and qualified companies for the supply and delivery of goods and services for the identified categories below. Qualified suppliers with the required qualifications, experience, and skills interested in working with MSH Nigeria are to submit a quote via the links provided below.

Applications are hereby invited for the following categories, provided the potential vendors demonstrate that the categories are within their specialization:

CATEGORY A: PROVISION OF PRINTING AND BRANDING SERVICES (Lot 1 & 2)

CATEGORY B: SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AND LAB CONSUMABLES AND ACCESSORIES (Lot 3 to 8)

Pharmaceutical Firms, Laboratory Consumables and Accessories Manufacturers, Distributors and Suppliers

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  1. A cover letter and profile of your organization detailing:
  2. Description of the organization, date of establishment, number of employees, etc.
  3. Company registration documentation, including CAC incorporation certificates and business licenses. i.e. forms CAC1, CAC2 and CAC7
  4. The company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, and 2025) as applicable.
  5. Contact information, including physical office address, telephone numbers, contact person, email address, company website, social media handles, etc.
  6. References from three (3) former or current clients within the past two years.
  7. Verifiable evidence of previous jobs completed in the category you are applying for (evidenced by providing at least a minimum of three (3) Local Purchase Orders or Contracts and documentation for service/supply completion for each LPO or contract provided).
  8. Valid Tax registration and tax clearance certificate 2023,2024, 2025.

SECTION I — DESCRIPTION / STATEMENT OF WORK

1.1       Requirement

The U.S. EMBASSY, ABUJA is seeking proposals for a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for four (4) units of 1000 KVA C32 series Caterpillar generators as detailed in the attached solicitation. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract payable entirely in NGN or USD as applicable by relevant laws and regulations. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with three (3) one-year options. Prospective offerors review the attached solicitation and submit a complete proposal that addresses all the requirements and submission instructions.

1.2       Pre-quotation Site Inspection

A pre-quotation site inspection will be held to review the solicitation with prospective offerors to provide clarification and respond to questions as follows:

Scope of Services

  • Supply of high-quality diesel that complies with applicable Nigerian regulatory standards.
  • Timely delivery to designated KNCV Nigeria locations.
  • Provision of delivery notes, invoices, and product quality documentation where applicable.
  • Capacity to respond to emergency fuel requests within agreed timelines.
  • Consistent availability of products throughout the contract period.
