1. The Ministry hereby invites sealed Bids from eligible interested bidders/vendors for the execution of the above described works.

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
3. Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the Director, Planning Research & Statistics and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at Yobe State Ministry of Works, Damaturu.
4. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non – refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100,000.00).

The Yobe State Government of Nigeria has applied for financing from The World Bank for Credit towards the cost of Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payment under the contract for the Consultancy Services for Engagement of Consultancy Services for Construction Works Supervision in two (2) separates packages: Package ‘A’ consist of 28 Schools, 12 JSSs and 16 SSSs while the Package ‘B’ consist of 22 Schools, 13 JSSs and 9 SSSs under the AGILE (Af) Project in Yobe State.

Main Tasks
The approximate implementation period is 14 months. The assignment is expected to commence in August, 2026.

The objective of the assignment is to undertake construction supervision of the civil works included in sub-component 1.1 of the works Package referred to in the title section of these TOR.

Construction supervision ensures the quality of construction and its adherence to technical specifications. It includes the management, monitoring and certification of construction works and progress, and recommendations to SPIU on mitigation measures required for the concerns noted at sites.

SEARCH is seeking for quotations from eligible Hotels, Apartments for the use of hotel services for events such as meetings, workshops and trainings in Jigawa State. As a result of this RFQ, SEARCH anticipates issuing a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to establish specific pricing levels and parameters for ordering these services. Vendor should clearly indicate their star rating categorization and location. This will allow SEARCH retain multiple service providers and issue specific purchase orders, on a need basis, for the procurement of this service over the next one (1) year. The Supplier shall furnish the services described in any purchase orders issued by SEARCH under this BPA. SEARCH is only obligated to pay for services ordered through purchase orders issued under this BPA and delivered by the supplier in accordance with the terms/conditions of this BPA.
