1. INTRODUCTION.
The National Troupe of Nigeria is a Government Organisation and fully funded by the Federal Government to perform its mandated functions.

In the 2025 Appropriation, funds are provided to carry out project for RENOVATION AND FURNISHING OF ARTISTES HOSTELS, RESEARCHERS AND RESIDENCY PROGRAMME LOUNGE, AMPHITHEATRE REHEARSAL AND LECTURE HALL IN LAGOS (PHASES I, II, III, IV, V & VI – INDICATED AS LOTS) located at the National Troupe Head Office, National Theater, Iganmu Lagos. Competent and Experienced Contractors are hereby invited to submit Bids for the RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING.

2. SCOPE OF THE WORK & SERVICE:
The Renovation entails:
i. Reconstruction / Conversion of the space to Single Rooms Apartment En-suite including a Kitchenette and a Lounge (Lot 1)
ii. Reconstruction / Conversion of the space to Single Rooms Apartment En-suite including a Kitchenette and a Lounge (Lot 2)
iii. Reconstruction / Conversion of the burnt Office Block building and Rehearsal Hall (Lot 3)
iv. Reconstruction and Furnishing of the Amphitheatre (Lot 4)
v. Sinking of Solar Powered Motorized Bore Hole & Erection of 2,000 Ltr. Capacity Water Tank for Storage and Distribution Internally. (Lot 5)
vi. Construction of a Mini Car Park and Landscaping (Lot 6)

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
All interested bidders MUST provide:
a. Evidence of Certificate of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and CAC7
b. Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate in the past 3 years, valid till 31st December 2025 with a minimum average turnover of Fifty-Six Million Naira (N56,000.00)
c. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025.
d. Evidence of Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025.
e. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance Certificate Valid till 31st December, 2025.
f. Evidence of Registration on the Data Base of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) Expiring 31st December, 2026 or Valid Certificate issued by BPP.
g. Sworn Affidavit declaring whether or not any member of the relevant Committees of the National Troupe of Nigeria, the Bureau of Public Procurement, is a former or current Director, Shareholder, or has any pecuniary interest in the Bidder and to confirm that all information provided in the Bid are correct in all particulars;
h. Company’s Audited Accounts for the past 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025)
i. Evidence of Financial Capability to execute the project including reference letter from a reputable Commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility to execute the project when the need arises.
j. Company Curriculum Vitae of key Staff to be deployed for the project Such as:
I. Project Manager with at least 5 years’ Experience in Managing Building Projects.
ii. Building Engineer with at least 5 Year Experience in Building Construction.

Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization founded in 2012 by young researchers. It was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/91613) in 2016.

Since its inception in October 2016, AHSF has focused on enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable populations in communities across Northeast, North-central, Northwest, and Southwest Nigeria.

AHSF operates within both emergency and developmental contexts, with its program primarily focused on identifying gaps that affect vulnerable populations and addressing those gaps through resource-based planning and project implementation.

Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF), in collaboration with CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission and funded by the German Cooperation, is implementing the project titled:

“Strengthening the Resilience of Internally Displaced Persons and Vulnerable Households in Host Communities in Northwestern Nigeria (Kebbi, Sokoto, Katsina).”

This project aims to enhance food security, build capacity, improve livelihoods, improve WASH services, and promote psychosocial well-being for vulnerable populations, particularly women, girls, and people living with disabilities.

As part of this initiative, the Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) invites qualified vendors operating in and around Sokoto State to submit quotations for various non-food items intended for vocational skills acquisition for targeted beneficiaries.

Payment shall be liquidated in structured agreed periodic instalments over a mutually negotiated tenure. Instalment payments may commence during projects execution upon joint physical measurement and issuance of an interim valuation certificate by the councils project implementation team.
