GEORGETOWN GLOBAL HEALTH NIGERIA (GGHN)
INVITATION TO QUOTE SUPPLY OF HP OMNIBOOK X FLIP LAPTOPS

Georgetown Global Health Nigeria (GGHN), a non-profit NGO, invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of the laptops described below.

1. ITEM DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Item: HP OmniBook X Flip Laptop
Quantity: 100 pcs
Minimum/Required Specification: Intel Core Ultra 7 processor; 16GB RAM; 1TB SSD storage; Windows operating system; 14.0-inch touchscreen display.

Note: Suppliers must state the exact model/part number, processor model, display resolution, operating system edition, warranty period, and whether the units are new and supplied in original manufacturer packaging. Any additional specifications or deviations from the requirements must be clearly identified in the quotation.

2. DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT WITH THE QUOTATION
Interested suppliers must submit the following documents along with their quotation:
1. Detailed company information, including organisational structure and CVs of key personnel proposed to manage the contract.
2. Details/evidence of completion of similar types of supplies undertaken within the last three (3) years.
3. Registration Certificate issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
4. Articles of Association.
5. Memorandum of Association.
6. Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
7. Tax Clearance Certificate.

3. QUOTATION AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Quotations must remain valid for at least two (2) weeks after the submission deadline.
• The quotation must clearly state the unit price and total price for 100 laptops, delivery lead time, warranty, and payment terms.
• Submissions must be made in hard copy only.
• Place the quotation and all supporting documents in a sealed envelope marked: “QUOTATION – SUPPLY OF HP OMNIBOOK X FLIP LAPTOPS”.
• Deadline for submission: 30 October 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
