The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World bank toward the cost of the Yobe State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for the Provision of 375 all in one Desktops Computer – 25 per School, 15 Projectors with Motorized Projector Screen i.e 1 Set per School for 15 Schools and 50 Printers for 50 Schools.

2. The Yobe State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Schools, through the office of the Project Coordinator, Yobe AGILE now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Provision of 375 all in one Desktops Computer – 25 per School, 15 Projectors with Motorized Projector Screen i.e 1 Set per School for 15 Schools and 50 Printers for 50 Schools as follows:

2.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested companies are requested to submit the following documents/information with verifiable evidence for assessment/ consideration:
(i) Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
(ii) Evidence of Company’s Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025);
(iii) Evidence of Current Pension Clearance Certificate in compliance with the Amended PenCom Reform Act 2014 (Expiring on December 31, 2026);
(iv) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on December 31, 2026 or valid Certificate issued by BPP;
(v) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate (expiring on December 31, 2026);
(vi) Evidence of current National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate (expiring on December 31, 2026);
(vii) Verifiable evidence of financial capability/Reference letter from a reputable Bank and State of accounts;
(viii) Company profile;
(ix) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firm’s letter head paper bearing among others, the registration number (RC) as issued by the corporate affairs commission (CAC), contact address, telephone number (prepared GSM No.) and email address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.
(x) Current sworn affidavit disclosing:
I. That the company is not in receivership, insolvent or bankrupt.
II. That the company does not have any Director who has ever been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for criminal offence in relation to fraud or financial impropriety
III. Whether or not any officer of Federal University Dutsin-Ma or Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder.
IV. That all documents submitted for the bidding are true and correct in all particulars.
(xi) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar supplies delivered in the last five (5) years including Letters of Award and Completion Certificates.

3.0 COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS

A. INTRODUCTION
Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi, in its effort to provide adequate ICT facilities for efficient and effective learning a key criterion for achieving quality education and in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 and other extant government regulations, intends to procure hardware and software tools for ICT, as well as provide adequate sensitization and capacity development. This is for the implementation of the approved 2026 TETFUND Zonal Intervention and the 2026 TETFUND Intervention for ICT Support Projects.

Competent and reliable contractors/bidders with relevant experience and a good track record of performance are hereby invited to tender for the projects listed below.

B. SCOPE OF PROJECTS
The projects consist of the following:
Lot 1. Supply and Installation of Computer Hardware and Custom Software (for the 2026 Zonal Intervention).
Lot 2. Supply and Installation of Computer Hardware and Custom Software (for the 2026 ICT Support Projects).

C. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Tenders shall be accompanied by the following:
1. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including Forms CAC2 and CAC7.
2. Evidence of the Company’s current Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, and 2025), valid until 31st December 2026.
3. Evidence of a current Pension Compliance Certificate with at least three employees valid until 31st December 2026.
4. Evidence of a current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid until 31st December 2026.
5. Evidence of compliance with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) with a valid Clearance Certificate valid until 31st December 2026.

1. The Government of the federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kebbi State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for learning and Empowerment project (KBAGILE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under contract for procurement of Desktop computers, printers, projectors, motorized projector screens and required applications, installation, labelling and distribution for digital literacy training to 50 schools under Kebbi AGILE. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payment using the direct payment disbursement method as defined in the World Bank Disbursement Guideline for investment project Financing.

2. The Kebbi State Ministry of Education through the office of the Project Coordinator Kebbi AGILE now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the activity, the procurement of Desktop computers, printers, projectors, motorized projector screens and required applications, installation, labelling and distribution for digital literacy training to 50 schools under Kebbi AGILE under Kebbi State AGILE. The delivery period is 90 days. The margin of preference shall not be allowed.

NB: Bidders wishing to offer unconditional discount will be allowed to do so, provided the discount is included in the Letter of Bid.

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
