SUPPLY OF I.T. ITEMS UNDER GF N-THRIP GRANT

1. Introduction
The Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN) is a leading local non-governmental organization implementing HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Research, and non-communicable disease projects in Nigeria through the development of infrastructure for treatment, care, prevention, and support for people living with and those affected by these diseases.

2. Background
IHVN was established in 2004 as a local organization to address the HIV/AIDS crisis in Nigeria through the development of infrastructure for treatment, care, prevention, and support for people living with those affected by HIV/AIDS but has now expanded its services to other infectious diseases and international organizations in collaborative ways that support the Government of Nigeria’s Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria.

3. Scope of Bid
Bidders are invited to submit a Bid for the goods and/or services specified above, in accordance with the schedule of requirements.

IHVN is soliciting interest from reputable bidders and organizations with relevant experience in carrying out services listed on our ITB during the project implementation period.

PROVISION OF NATIONWIDE INLAND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Every year, UNICEF Nigeria moves life-saving supplies, vaccines, nutrition commodities, WASH equipment, education materials, and emergency relief items across Nigeria. Getting these supplies from the port and central warehouses to the child who needs them depends on a supply chain that works: reliably, safely, and at scale, even in the hardest-to-reach states.
UNICEF Nigeria invites qualified and experienced companies to express interest in providing Nationwide Inland Transportation Services in support of its humanitarian and development programmes across Nigeria, with a view to establishing Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of extension.
We are looking for partners who bring more than trucks, UNICEF seeks providers with the fleet capacity, operational capabilities, compliance standards, and resilience required to support programmes that reach millions of children and families across Nigeria each year. If your company has the network, systems, and proven track record to ensure the reliable and timely movement of critical supplies across Nigeria’s diverse terrain, we encourage you to express your interest.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Nationwide inland transportation of programme supplies, including temperature-sensitive items, from port, central and zonal warehouses to state and field-level destinations, including areas with limited access and infrastructure.
