AUCTION PROCESS:
The items are to be sold “as is” and “where is” with no warranty expressed or implied to the highest bidders.

NOTE: Interested bidder must pay a refundable DEPOSIT/REGISTRATION FEE of One Million Naira only (N1,000,000.00) on Tuesday 28th July, 2026 to the designated account of the Auctioneer before inspecting the items as PAYMENT ELAPSE SAME DAY by 4:00 p.m.

NOTE: Unregistered individuals will not be allowed to view or bid. The money will be refunded to bidders who fail to win any Lot within 48 hours after sale. However, it will be forfeited by winners who fail to pay for the Lot won. All sales are final.

5. NON-FULL PAYMENT before the end of the exercise invalidates the sale.
6. From the date of the sale, Winner of each Lot will retrieve the newly acquired property after completing processing of the custom duty.
7. CONDITION OF ITEMS: ALL ICRC ASSETS ARE IN WORKING CONDITION!
8. All ICRC assets are “custom bonded.” The Representatives of the Nigerian Customs will announce the custom duty on the sale day. No asset will be released to Buyer without proof of custom duty payment.

2.0 PREQUALIFICATION/ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
All interested companies are to submit copies of the following documents and the original to be made available for sighting during Due diligence exercise.
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC 1.1 or CAC 2 and CAC 7.
b. Evidence of company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2026;
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate as provided in Section 16 Subsection 6 (d) of the public procurement Act, 2007 valid till the 31st December, 2026. (This requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above in line with the PENCOM ACT. However, bidders with less than 15 (fifteen) staff are to provide a Sworn Affidavit to that effect).
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate in Compliance with ITF Act, 2011 as amended valid till 31st December, 2026 (This requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above or the bidder’s annual turnover is 50M and above. However, bidders with less than 5 (five) staff or the bidder’s annual turnover less than 50M are to provide a Sworn Affidavit to that effect).
e. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026.
f. Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December 2026.

1.1       Requirement

The U.S. EMBASSY, ABUJA is seeking proposals for a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for four (4) units of 1000 KVA C32 series Caterpillar generators as detailed in the attached solicitation. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract payable entirely in NGN or USD as applicable by relevant laws and regulations. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with three (3) one-year options. ix. Verifiable evidence of similar services, jobs or assignments successfully executed in the past
x. Reference letter from a Bank stating the financial ability of the Vendor to carry out such project(s)
