1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit”) toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES). The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), State Coordination Office (SCO), Bauchi, an implementing agency of the Client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of Modern Abattoir at Bauchi LGA. 1. INTRODUCTION:
Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited (SDWPL), a Chevron company and operator of the Agbami field on behalf of its partners (NNPC Limited, FAMFA Oil Limited, Meren Nigeria S2 Limited, Chappal Energy Offshore Limited, and Texaco Nigeria Outershelf Limited) invites interested and prequalified companies to this tender opportunity for the provision of Subsea Intervention Vessel on a call-out basis.

The proposed contract commencement is Q3 2027, with a proposed term of five (5) years with two (2) years option to extend.

2. SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work for the services includes, but is not limited to, the Supply of Subsea Intervention Vessel with DP2 system, certified to an appropriate classification society, with the following capabilities:

– Provision of equipment, underwater intervention and engineering services as specified herein.
– Provision of Crewed Intervention vessel with Heave compensated crane for IRM, Light construction support (Including running Subsea Christmas Trees), and Intervention into subsea facilities (including trees, manifolds, flowlines, jumpers, etc.). Intervention activities may include pumping of acid into subsea facilities, scale squeeze jobs, hydrate remediation, and installation and replacement of subsea equipment.
– Operational support to Agbami FPSO
– Provision of Work Class ROVs
– Engineering Services for Subsea Integrity Management
– Equipment Criticality Assessment
– Subsea Inspection Planning and Scheduling
– Subsea Equipment Integrity Assessment
– Design and fabrication of Subsea tooling and equipment in support of IRM, Light construction, and Intervention activities as described above.
– Provision of qualified crew/personnel to operate the Equipment and perform the service.
– 1x Electro Hydraulic knuckle arm with ISO Ton capacity at 2000m water depth, over 20% over-pull capacity; Heave Compensated, direct communications link to bridge and Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) control room.
– 1x Electrohydraulic knuckle arm with 20T capacity at 2000m water depth, over 20% over-pull capacity, Active Heave Compensated (+/- 2.0 – 2.5 Hs @ 8s), direct communications link to bridge and ROV control room.
– Maintenance of company provided ROV tooling and Running Equipment
– The WORK that the CONTRACTOR will be required to carry out will include but is not limited to Light construction support, Intervention into subsea facilities, routine and non-routine Inspection, Repair and Maintenance of facilities installed in fields operated within Nigerian waters by the COMPANY. The work will be scheduled and planned whenever possible. Unplanned interventions will be accommodated on a prioritized basis.
– It is the intention to identify annual work scopes from IRM, subsea construction and Intervention activities to CONTRACTOR annually. This will allow the planning and scheduling of the intervention vessel with the optimum efficiency and potentially allow for the sharing of the intervention vessel with other operating companies in the West African operational areas. During periods when the vessel is assigned to another operating company, all associated intervention vessel costs shall be billed by vessel owner to vessel assignee for the period of the vessel assignment.
– The Contractor will be required to oversee, co-ordinate, plan and schedule all the work, in conjunction with the Company. The Contractor will be required to appoint a Project Manager, who shall, at the Company’s discretion attend regular co-ordination meetings between the Company and the Contractor.
– The Contractor shall dedicate a Project Team defined as Onshore Project Support Team to the Contract. The Project Manager shall lead the Project Team.
– The Contractor shall provide a reliable Company compatible electronic mail service between the Company, the Contractor and the Worksite.

Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization founded in 2012 by young researchers. It was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/91613) in 2016.

Since its inception in October 2016, AHSF has focused on enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable populations in communities across Nigeria’s Northeast, North-Central, Northwest, and Southwest.

AHSF operates in both emergency and developmental contexts, with its program primarily focused on identifying gaps affecting vulnerable populations and addressing them through resource-based planning and project implementation.
