2. PROVISION OF COURIER AND HAULAGE SERVICES
(a) BACKGROUND
Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is one of Nigeria’s leading national non-governmental organizations committed to promoting a healthy and safe society where everyone can thrive. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of all people, particularly vulnerable populations, through inclusive, community-led health and development programmes.
To support the effective implementation of its programmes and operations, AHNi hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Travel Management Service Companies and Courier & Haulage Service Providers to submit separate technical and financial proposals for the provision of these services under Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
(b) SCOPE OF WORK:

(c) ELIGIBILITY:
* Company profile; Certificate of Incorporation and Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) documents; Form CO2, Form CO7. Status Report or Registration of Business Name documents, Tax Clearance Certificate (2024 or later); approved Audited Financial Report (2024 or later); and a Bank Reference Letter addressed to the AHNi Procurement Committee.
* A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrable experience in providing Travel Management Services or Courier and Haulage Services, preferably to donor-funded projects, multilateral agencies, or other reputable corporate organizations.
* For Courier and Haulage Services: provide evidence of a valid Goods-in-Transit Insurance Policy issued by a licensed insurance company, covering loss of or damage to goods while in transit.
* For Travel Management Services: provide a valid accreditation by IATA and NANTA.
* Provide at least five (5) client references contact details from reputable organizations preferable in development sector for which you have provided similar Travel Management Services or Courier and Haulage Services, either currently or within the past three (3) years.
(d) PROPOSALS AND EVALUATION:
Bidders shall submit separate Technical and Financial proposals. Financial proposals must be quoted using the provided Cost Sheet for Travel Management Services or Schedule of Tariff for Courier and Haulage Services in Nigerian Naira, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Proposals will be assessed using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method, weighted 80 percent technical and 20 percent financial. Only applicants scoring a minimum of 70 percent on the technical evaluation will proceed to financial evaluation.
(e) SUBMISSION:
Submit one (1) original hard copy and one (1) electronic copy on a USB flash drive. Enclose the Technical and Financial proposals as separate documents within a single sealed envelope clearly marked: “RFP: Travel Management Services or Courier and Haulage Services.:
