Introduction:

SKLD Integrated Services Limited is a multi-sector corporate entity established in 2000 in Lagos, Nigeria. We are a technology-enabled manufacturing and trading company operating across various business sectors and Nigeria’s leading provider of relief products and solutions, serving both local and international organizations involved in rural development, emergency response, and crisis management.

Objective:

SKLD Integrated Services Limited invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified 3PLs for the efficient and timely distribution of basic nutrition packages across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory in accordance with the ‘Good Distribution Practice’ concept. In line with achieving the major objective of this intent, SKLD Integrated Services Limited seeks to engage reputable and qualified Third-Party Logistics (3PL) haulage companies to apply for this service and to be engaged for a fixed-term contract.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for consideration, interested organisations must provide the following details:

Copy of Certificate of Incorporation (CAC).
Company profile.
Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate for years 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Copy of Audited account/financial statement for years 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Evidence of similar haulage and logistics activities carried out for more than one year (such evidence must include any or all of the following; Service Agreements/Contracts, Award Letters, Purchase Orders, Memorandum of Understanding, Service Completion).
Copy of Company’s Current Goods-In-Transit Insurance (that insures up to N100 million worth of goods).
Evidence of infrastructure to carry out required services (Minimum truck size of 30 tonnes). Minimum of 20 trucks.
Evidence of specific risk management measures (e.g vehicle tracking facility).
References from three (3) clients (past or present).

All pre-qualification documents (as listed above) MUST be sent electronically to anrinsqlnsproject@skld.ng which is the designated e-mail address set up to receive the submissions.
Submissions via this e-mail must be made on or before the stated time in this publication.
Each submission must not exceed 10MB, for ease of application uploading and retrieval.

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES AT OGBELE

1.0 INTRODUCTION
Aradel Energy Limited, owner and operator of the Ogbele, Omerelu, Olo and Olo West fields invites interested companies to submit Expressions of Interest for the provision of Catering Services at its Ogbele field.

2.0 SCOPE OVERVIEW
The project scope includes but not limited to:
– Supply and delivery of fresh and wholesome food commodities, Continental and National meals; canteen meals, takeout/packed meals, supplement food; coffee, tea, beverages, milk, bottled water, fruit juice, etc.
– Provision of off- menu meals to employees, contractors and visitors due to valid medical reasons.
– Provision of catering services for any special event function in Ogbele FLB as may be required by Company.
– Provide occasional supply of meals in transportable containers for staff working on field facilities remote from the FLB.
– Maintain in the FLB a stock of food and materials to be able to always provide a complete catering service.
– Provide movable containers, freezers and chillers for the transportation of dry and frozen items.

3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this EOI exercise, interested tenderer is required to be registered on the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) and Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) service databases.

In addition to the above, interested tenderer must provide the underlisted information/documents for consideration:

1. A recent Status Report from the Corporate Affairs Commission and submit Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Article of Association, Form CAC2 and Form CAC7
2. Valid and relevant NUPRC permit
3. Valid and relevant Nigerian Content Equipment Certificate, NCEC
4. Tax clearance certificate for the past three years
5. Duns and Bradstreet Certificate
6. Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund, NSITF, compliance certificate.
7. Verifiable evidence of having catered for at least 150 Personnel on Board (PoB) in an on/offshore location in Niger Delta area in the last five years.
8. Evidence of the location of in-country facilities & with detailed infrastructure (Operational/Administrative offices) in Nigeria to support this contract.
9. Evidence of a good financial standing supported by a letter from a Tier 1 Nigerian bank

Prequalification criteria shall include compliance with the following statutory and other requirements:
