1. Introduction
The Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN) is a leading local non-governmental organization implementing HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Research, and non-communicable disease projects in Nigeria through the development of infrastructure for treatment, care, prevention, and support for people living with and those affected by these diseases.

2. Background
The Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN) was established in 2004 as a local organization to address the HIV/AIDS crisis in Nigeria through the development of infrastructure for treatment, care, prevention, and support for people living with those affected by HIV/AIDS but has now expanded its services to other infectious diseases of TB and malaria, including cancers. IHVN is structured to develop and maintain linkages with local and international organizations in collaborative ways that support the Government of Nigeria’s health sector strategic plans. IHVN’s key technical and funding partners are the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria.

3. Scope of Bid
Bidders are invited to submit a Bid for the goods and/or services specified above, in accordance with the schedule of requirements.

4. Invitations to Bidding
IHVN is soliciting interest from reputable bidders and organizations with relevant experience in carrying out services listed on our NCB during the project implementation period.

The Consultant to be selected is to assist the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) through the SWAp Project to provide the services.

The Sector-Wide Approach (SWAp) Project now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:

Profile of firm/consortium including ownership structure and role of each corporate entity with full contact details of each firm and proof of firm’s legal registration status.

Evidence of Relevant institutional experience for successfully completed or ongoing assignments involving ICT implementation, digital transformation, enterprise systems, software development, systems integration, or technology-enabled business process transformation.

Demonstrated experience in project planning, governance, implementation monitoring, performance reporting, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination across complex programmes.

BACKGROUND
A NIGERIAN PUBLIC-SECTOR AGRICULTURAL FINANCE INSTITUTION invites tenders from reputable and qualified firms of Chartered Accountants/Audit firms to conduct the statutory audit of its financial statements for an initial period of three (3) financial years. The engagement includes an assessment of internal controls, a review of compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and a management letter for each year audited.

Eligibility
The organisation must:
• Be a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
• Hold a valid practising licence from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), and be registered with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC);
• Holds a current registration with the office of the Auditor General for the Federation
• Have at least ten (10) years in audit practice;
• Have completed at least three (3) statutory audits of public-sector bodies and one (1) financial institution in the last five (5) years;
• Have an engagement partner who is a fellow of ICAN or ANAN with at least ten (10) years of post-qualification experience, supported by a suitably qualified team;
