GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR THE YEAR 2025/2026 ICT SUPPORT PROJECTS

1.0 INTRODUCTION
Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI), Ebonyi State hereby issues General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that the College is to undertake the procurement of Goods under the Year 2025 and Year 2026 ICT Support Intervention Projects.

SCOPE OF WORKS

LOT NO	PROJECT DESCRIPTION
LOT 1	Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ICT Equipment under the Year 2025 TETFund ICT Support Intervention.
LOT 2	Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ICT Equipment under the Year 2025 TETFund ICT Support Intervention.

2.0 Interested and eligible contractors, suppliers and Vendors are advised to look out for the Specific Procurement Notice for the various Goods mentioned above in the National Dailies and School Notice Boards.

3.0 The Advisement is NOT an Invitation to Tender

4.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and CAC7;
b. Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2025;
c. Evidence of current Pension compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025.
d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025.
e. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025.
f. Evidence of registration on National Data-base of Federal Contractors, Consultants and services provider by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 1st January, 2026 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
g. Evidence of company registration with NITDA/CPN compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025
h. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant Committees of the Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu Alike (AEFUNAD) or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
i. Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, and 2025).
j. Evidence of Financial capability to execute the Projects by submission of Reference letter from a reputable Commercial Bank indicating willingness to provide credit facilities for the execution of the projects when needed
k. Company profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/professional qualifications and registration with NITDA/CPN
l. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) SIMILAR Jobs successfully executed in the last five (5) years with names of clients, including Letter of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job completion certificate and photographs of the projects.
m. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria; indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
n. List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease
o. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firm’s letter headed paper bearing amongst others, the Registration number (RC), Contact address, Telephone number and E-mail address. The letter headed paper must bear Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the company duly signed by the authorized officer of the company/firm.
p. Document submitted shall be subject to due diligence without recourse to bidder.

PLEASE NOTE
Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI), Ebonyi State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 on matters regarding this Procurement without incurring any liability from the bidder.
