INVITATION TO TENDER

Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the projects listed below:

PRIMARY EDUCATION

Classroom block (Block B) at Oko-Anala Primary School, Oko; Renovation of 2no6. Classroom block (Block B) at Oko-Anala Primary School, Oko; Construction of 1no.8. Toilet Block at Oko-Anala Primary School, Oko: Renovation of 1No.6 classroom block without offices (Block B) at Oko-Amakon.
3.	Isoko South L.G.A., Delta State.	Completion of 1No3. Classroom Block without offices at Olomoro Primary School, Olomoro: Demolition/Construction of 1No6. Classroom Block with offices at Okpolo-Enwhe Primary School, Enwhe
4.	Warri South L.G.A., Delta State.	Renovation of 1no8. Classroom block with an office (Block A) at Pessu Primary School, Warri: Renovation of 1no6. Classroom block with offices (Block B) at Pessu Primary School, Warri
5.	Burutu L.G.A., Delta State.	Renovation of 1no3 classroom block without offices (Block A) at Timikoru Primary School, Ogbobagbene; Renovation of 1no3. Classroom block without an offices (Block B) at Timikoru Primary School, Ogbobagbene; Renovation of 1no3. Classroom block without offices (Block C) at Timikoru Primary School, Ogbobagbene;
6.	Oshimili South L.G.A. Delta State	Renovation of 1no6. Classroom block with offices at Obiokpu primary School Oko; Renovation of 1no3. Classroom block at Obiokpu primary School Oko: Construction of a prototype 1No.8 pupils 4 Toilet block at Obiokpu primary School Oko.
7.	Ndokwa West L.G.A Delta State	Renovation of 1No.3 Classroom Block with an office at Etiti Primary School Emu-Ododeti; Renovation of 1No.2 Classroom Block with offices at Etiti Primary School Emu-Ododeti; Renovation of 1No.5 Toilet Block at Etiti Primary School Emu-Ododeti; Demolition/Construction of gate house at Etiti Primary School Emu-Ododeti.

2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from Tenders Board Secretariat, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba, upon non-refundable payment of the prescribed fee as contained in 3(v.).

3. Tenders, must be accompanied by the following:
i. Evidence of registration with Delta State Government;
ii. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii. Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv. Verifiable contact address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc.;
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N150, 000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) for the above projects.
vi. Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
vii. Evidence of Financial capability;
viii. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
ix. Evidence of DSIR Card;

4. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba for guidance.

5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to:
The Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba.

6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.

7. Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.

8. Late bids after Wednesday, 2nd September, 2026 by 12 noon, will be rejected.

9. Tenders will be opened at 10.00a.m Thursday, 3rd September, 2026 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education Conference Room, Cluster E, 3rd Floor, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Asaba.
