INVITATION TO TENDER

1.0 PREAMBLE
The Ekiti Water and Sewerage Company Limited (EKWSCL) in its bid to implement the Sustainable Urban and Rural Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene Programme (SURWASH) is seeking to engage interested Bidders in replacement /extension of Water pipeline in Ado and Moba Local Government Areas of Ekiti State. The project is divided into Lots comprising the same item in different locations as detailed below.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope for each Lot includes but is not limited to excavation of old/damaged lines, supply and laying of new distribution pipes, concrete and fabrication and connections to customers.

LOT 1: Replacement /Extension of Water Distribution at Bamigboye, Waterworks area, Ogunlayi, Falana, Ajebamidele and Mofere all in Ado Local Government Area.
LOT 2: Replacement /Extension of Water Distribution at Okeila and Fajuyi, Ado Local Government Area.
LOT 3: Replacement /Extension of Water Distribution at Otun Ekiti, Ikosu Ekiti and Igogo Ekiti all in Moba Local Government Area.

(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC 7;
(b) Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025) valid till 31st December, 2026; with minimum turnover of N100 million for Lot 1, and N50 million for Lot 2.
(c) Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 10 and above);
(d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above or the bidder’s);
(e) Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
(f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2026 or valid Certificate issued by BPP;
