The Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri was appropriated funds in the 2026 Appropriation Act for the execution of its Capital Projects. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007, the Federal Teaching Hospital Owerri hereby invites all interested and eligible Contractors / Service providers with relevant experience to Tender for the following Capital Projects:

1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World bank toward the cost of the Yobe State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for the Provision of 375 all in one Desktops Computer – 25 per School, 15 Projectors with Motorized Projector Screen i.e 1 Set per School for 15 Schools and 50 Printers for 50 Schools.

2. The Yobe State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Schools, through the office of the Project Coordinator, Yobe AGILE now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Provision of 375 all in one Desktops Computer – 25 per School, 15 Projectors with Motorized Projector Screen i.e 1 Set per School for 15 Schools and 50 Printers for 50 Schools as follows:

The Federal Government of Nigeria/FCT Administration has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the FCT Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for: Construction of Non-Processing and Processing Zone Support Facilities at Paiko-Kore Grazing Reserve.

2. The FCT Administration through the FCT-SAPZ hereby relaunches/re-advertises the procurement process and now re-invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Non-Processing and Processing Zone Support Facilities at Paiko-Kore Grazing Reserve following the unsuccessful conclusion of the previous procurement process.

For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing (IPF), except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

2. The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare – Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of commodities to provide a Basic Package of Nutrition Services:- Micronutrient Powder. The description of goods is provided in Section II –Bid data sheet (BDS) ITB1.1 and the distribution to end lines is on Annex1 attached to the bidding document. Application of margin of preference of 15% will be applied for locally produced goods meeting the margin of preference requirement of the procurement document.

3. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.
