VENDOR PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE FOR THE SUPPLY OF DIESEL

KNCV Nigeria is a non-governmental organization committed to strengthening tuberculosis prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care across Nigeria. As part of its commitment to ensuring uninterrupted operations across its offices and project locations, KNCV Nigeria invites qualified, reputable, and experienced vendors to apply for prequalification for the supply and delivery of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) (Diesel).

Scope of Services

The successful vendors will be prequalified to supply high-quality Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) to KNCV Nigeria offices and approved project locations on an as-needed basis. The scope includes:

  • Supply of high-quality diesel that complies with applicable Nigerian regulatory standards.
  • Timely delivery to designated KNCV Nigeria locations.
  • Provision of delivery notes, invoices, and product quality documentation where applicable.
  • Capacity to respond to emergency fuel requests within agreed timelines.
  • Consistent availability of products throughout the contract period.

Prequalification does not constitute a guarantee of contract award. Vendors who are successfully prequalified may be invited to participate in subsequent Requests for Quotations (RFQs) or Requests for Proposals (RFPs) during the validity period of the prequalification.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested vendors must submit the following documents:

  1. Company profile detailing relevant experience.
  2. Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  3. CAC Status Report or Evidence of Beneficial Ownership.
  4. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
  5. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
  6. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration.
  7. Evidence of registration with relevant regulatory authorities.
  8. Bank reference letter issued within the last six (6) months.
  9. Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) financial years.
  10. Evidence of similar supplies executed within the last three (3) years (purchase orders, contracts, or completion certificates).
  11. At least three (3) client references with contact details.
  12. Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy.
  13. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy or Code of Business Ethics.
  14. Evidence of operational capacity, including storage facilities, logistics capability, and delivery vehicles.
  15. Signed declaration confirming that the company has not been involved in fraudulent practices or been debarred by any donor agency or government institution.
  16. Completed KNCV Vendor Information form

Evaluation Criteria

Applications will be assessed based on, but not limited to, the following:

  • Legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Financial capacity.
  • Technical capability.
  • Relevant experience in diesel supply.
  • Delivery and logistics capacity.
  • Quality assurance systems.
  • Past performance and references.

Only vendors meeting KNCV Nigeria’s minimum prequalification requirements will be shortlisted.

Submission Instructions

Interested vendors should submit their prequalification documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

“Vendor Prequalification – Supply of Diesel (AGO)”

or electronically with the subject line:

“Vendor Prequalification – Diesel Supply”

Submission should be made on or before 31st July 2026 at 4PM.

Late submissions will not be considered.

Important Notice

  • KNCV Nigeria reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Submission of a prequalification application does not create any contractual obligation between KNCV Nigeria and the applicant.
  • KNCV Nigeria maintains a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, corruption, collusion, coercion, and conflicts of interest. Any attempt to influence the procurement process will result in disqualification.
  • Only shortlisted vendors will be contacted and invited to participate in future procurement opportunities.
