Scope of Services

The successful vendors will be prequalified to supply high-quality Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) to KNCV Nigeria offices and approved project locations on an as-needed basis. The scope includes:

  • Supply of high-quality diesel that complies with applicable Nigerian regulatory standards.
  • Timely delivery to designated KNCV Nigeria locations.
  • Provision of delivery notes, invoices, and product quality documentation where applicable.
  • Capacity to respond to emergency fuel requests within agreed timelines.
  • Consistent availability of products throughout the contract period.

Prequalification does not constitute a guarantee of contract award. Vendors who are successfully prequalified may be invited to participate in subsequent Requests for Quotations (RFQs) or Requests for Proposals (RFPs) during the validity period of the prequalification.

1. Established in 1980 as the successor to the Niger River Commission created in 1964, the Niger Basin Authority was founded to promote cooperation between member countries and ensure integrated development of the Niger Basin in the areas of hydraulics, agriculture, livestock, fishing and fish farming, forestry and logging, transportation, communication and industry. The NBA is composed of nine (9) member countries sharing the Niger River Basin: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Nigeria and Chad.

2. Pursuant to Resolution No. 10, adopted by the NBA Council of Ministers at its 44th Ordinary Session on December 5, 2025 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, relating to the capacity building of the NBA Executive Secretariat, to bolster its human capacity through the recruitment of qualified and competent staff, this Expression of Interest is issued on an equal-opportunity basis, to internationally renowned consultancy firms specializing in human resources recruitment.

3. The scope of services under this contract encompasses the management and facilitation of the competitive recruitment process to fill the ten (10) positions identified below to strengthen the Executive Secretariat of the Niger Basin Authority:

1. 1. INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research (NIFOR), a Federal Government Research Institute under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, is mandated to undertake research and development in Oil Palm, Coconut, Raphia, Date palm and Shea value chains in Nigeria.
In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the Institute hereby invites interested, competent and reputable Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers with relevant experience and good track records to submit Technical Bids and Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the underlisted projects under its 2026 Appropriation.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested Companies/Firms are required to submit the following documents:

TENURE:
The tenure of the External Auditor shall be one (1) year in the first instance renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance in accordance with Guidelines on the appointment of Auditor for Federal Government Parastatals. The tenure of the external Auditor shall not exceed five (5) continuous years.

QUALIFICATION:
