REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s most severe humanitarian crises, helping people survive, recover, and rebuild their lives with dignity. IRC began operations in Nigeria in 2012, initially responding to severe flooding in Kogi State. As humanitarian needs escalated in the Northeast, the organization expanded its operations to Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe States. IRC later extended its presence to the Northwest, including Zamfara, Katsina, and most recently Sokoto and Plateau States.
Across these regions, IRC implements integrated, multi-sectoral programs focusing on health, nutrition, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), education, protection, economic recovery, and emergency response. These programs support both internally displaced persons (IDPs) and host communities affected by conflict and displacement. With its country office in Abuja and field presence in some of Nigeria’s most crisis-affected areas, IRC remains committed to empowering vulnerable communities, restoring dignity, and strengthening resilience. Our mission is to help people regain control of their lives in the face of conflict, disaster, and displacement. We achieve this through strategic partnerships, strong community engagement, and data-driven approaches that support sustainable programming and long-term systemic change.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) – is For Engagement of Investment Management Firm for Severance Fund Investment Administration of its staff.
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) Nigeria Country Program hereby invites qualified vendors to participate in this Request for Proposal for Engagement of Investment Management Firm for Severance Fund Investment Administration.
Selected company must have the ability to operate in all locations where IRC has a presence, particularly across the North-East and North-West regions of Nigeria.
All qualified and interested companies are invited to submit their proposals via email to IRCNigeriaTender@rescue.org on or before the specified bid submission deadline.
