ADDENDUM
RE: INVITATION FOR TENDERS AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
TENDER PACKAGE NO. NAFDAC/PROC/2026/001

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) wishes to draw the attention of all interested bidders and the public to an earlier advertisement published in the Federal Tenders Journal Vol. 22 No. 10 – Monday 18th May –Sunday 31st May 2026, the Punch and Daily Trust Newspapers of Monday 18th May 2026, on the Invitation for Tenders and Expression of Interest.

The initial deadline for submission of Categories A & B – Goods and Works, was stated as not later than 12.00noon on Monday, 15th of June 2026. However, to allow for wider participation, the extension of the closing date for all Categories A & B – Goods and Works are necessary.

In view of this, all interested bidders and the public are hereby informed of the extension of Categories A & B – Goods and Works of bids collection and submission to Monday 29th June 2026.

Kindly note that the venue for the collection remains; THE PROCUREMENT UNIT, NATIONAL AGENCY FOR FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL HEADQUARTERS BUILDING, 3rd FLOOR WUSE ZONE 7 ABUJA, while the closing date for submission and opening of bids for Categories A & B – Goods and Works will take place on MONDAY THE 29TH OF JUNE 2026, 12.00 NOON AT THE CONFERENCE ROOM, NATIONAL AGENCY FOR FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL HEADQUARTERS WUSE ZONE 7 ABUJA.

Companies’ representatives, Civil Societies, Non-Governmental Organizations and Professional Bodies are invited to witness the bid opening exercise.
