The Nigerian Red Cross Society (NRCS) hereby invites the general public and qualified vendors to participate in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply of ICCM Drugs.

1. Annex 1 NRCS General and Special Terms & Conditions for all service contracts.
2. Annex 2 Supplier registration form to be filled in and submitted with your Bids
3. Annex 3 RFQ
4. Annex 4 Pricing Template
5. Annex 5 Declaration of Interest
6. Annex 6: specifications and technical requirement

The following is the time schedule that NRCS seeks:

RFP Re-Launch Date 7th July, 2026
Deadline for seeking Clarifications:  10th July, 2026
Deadline for submission of sealed bid:  14th July 2026 4:00pm
Delivery location: Borno and Benue NRCS State Branches

NRCS reserves the right to invite shortlisted service providers to present their company profile at our office Plot 150, 401 Close, 4th Avenue, Kubwa Express Way, Gwarinpa Abuja for better understanding of the companies professional and financial background and capacity in supply of ICCM Drugs.

Please note that deadline for submission of off line and online Bids is on 14th July 2026 by 4:00 PM through Email via Procurement@redcrossnigeria.org
