REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
SALE/DISPOSAL OF USED COMPANY VEHICLES

DKT International Nigeria invites interested individuals, companies, dealers and other eligible parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the purchase of used company vehicles proposed for disposal.

The vehicles are being disposed of as part of the Organization fleet rationalization and asset disposal exercise.

1. Invitation
Interested parties are invited to express their interest in purchasing one or more of the vehicles listed using this Google form link: https://forms.gle/irEcGXwPdDgg7nTN6

2. Vehicle Inspection
Interested parties will be given an opportunity to inspect the vehicle(s) before submitting a formal bid. The vehicles will be sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis. Interested parties are therefore encouraged to satisfy themselves regarding the condition, documentation, mileage and mechanical status of the vehicle before submitting any offer. Inspection arrangements will be communicated to shortlisted/interested parties.

3. Formal Bidding
Submission of an Expression of Interest does not constitute a bid or guarantee the purchase of any vehicle.

Following the EOI exercise, DKT International Nigeria may invite eligible/interested parties to participate in a formal competitive bidding process.

DKT reserves the right to:
-Accept or reject any offer;
-Withdraw any vehicle from the disposal process;
-Request additional information from interested parties;
-Conduct further due diligence; and
-Select the disposal method considered most appropriate for the Organization.

Only bidders subsequently selected through the Organisation’s approved disposal process will be invited to participate in the formal sale process.
