DUE: SEPTEMBER 2, 2026

The U.S. EMBASSY ABUJA is seeking qualified contractors to perform repair, sealing, waterproofing, and reinstatement of façade cracks at the Staff Parking Garage, U.S. Embassy, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, Abuja, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

Interested and capable firms are invited to attend a mandatory site visit and submit a quotation.

Site Visit

  • Date:             Wednesday, August 26, 2026

  • Time:             10:00 a.m.

  • Assembly Point:     Main Gate / CAC One, U.S. Embassy, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, CBD, Abuja

To attend, submit the name, position, and photo ID number of each representative to AbujaProcurement@state.gov by close of business August 23, 2026. Include the solicitation number in the subject line. Representatives must present the same photo ID at the gate.

Attendance is mandatory. Quotations from firms that did not attend will not be evaluated.

Maximum [two] representatives per firm.

• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.
