The WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME (WFP) has engaged the service of KAMYUS CONSULT LIMITED to conduct a PUBLIC AUCTION OF AIR CONDITIONERS, PRINTERS, TV’S, COMPUTERS, SOLAR PANELS, INVERTERS, DIESEL GENERATOR SETS, AMONGST OTHERS IN MAIDUGURI AND DAMATURU.

AUCTION PROCESS:
The items are to be sold “as is” and “where is” with no warranty expressed or implied to the highest Bidders.

NOTE: To participate in the exercise, interested Bidders must pay a refundable DEPOSIT/REGISTRATION FEE of One Million Naira Only (₦1,000,000.00) to bid the GENERATOR SETS and Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only (₦250,000.00) to bid other items, registration starts from Wednesday 17th June, 2026 to Friday 19th June, 2026.

All payments must be made to the designated account of the auctioneer. The payment period elapses at 3pm on the last viewing day (Friday 19th June, 2026).
Unregistered individuals will NOT be allowed to bid on any items.

The deposit/registration fee shall be refunded to bidders who fail to win any Lot within 48 hours after the sale. BUT will be forfeited by any bidder who fails to pay for the lot won.

All sales are final:
I. The sales are open bidding methods, and it’s for the highest bidder basis, and no refund or returns will be allowed.
II. The viewing of the items will be done at the WFP warehouses in Damaturu and Maiduguri. From Wednesday 17th to Friday 19th June, 2026.

Time: 10:00am to 3:00pm daily.
Venues: WFP Warehouse Maiduguri

Interested bidders can also view/inspect the items on the company website.
III. AUCTION SALE DAY is Saturday, 20th June, 2026.
Time: 10:00 AM.
Venue: The sales for both states will be conducted in Maiduguri. At the WFP Warehouse Maiduguri.
IV. Payment is done immediately after the bid is won.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
I. WFP will not provide any assistance (manpower or mechanical) for any of the items purchased.
II. Successful bidders will be required to make full payment immediately by bank transfer, cheques are not accepted.
III. Items purchased must be removed from WFP premises within 24 hours, or receipt of payment and handover of the items by issuing relevant gate passes.
IV. Return of sold items and refunds are not allowed, all WFP items are sold “AS IS and Where IS” with no warranty expressed or implied.
