INVITATION TO BID

The office of the Secretary to the State Government in line with Yobe State Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested Vendors/suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:

Supply of One unit each of:
– Toyota Prado V6 (2026 Model),
– Toyota Hilux Adventure
– Toyota Prado LEAD 2023 Model,
– Toyota Prado 2026 (Armored)

Supply of Two (2) Units each of:
– Toyota Hilux 2023 Model
– Toyota Prado 2026 Model

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2021,2022 & 2023)
• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2021,2022 & 2023)
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

2. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services, office of the Secretary To The State Government.

3. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to SSG Yobe State clearly marked Tender document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 30th September, 2026.

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Adolescent Girls Initiatives for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE _ AF) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement and Installation of Solar Power in Schools: (Procurement, Distribution and Installation of 10kva Solar Power to Newly Constructed 26 Secondary Schools (13 Junior And 13 Senior Secondary Schools and for additional 55 Senior Secondary Schools for Digital Skills in Gombe State Phase II)

1. The Gombe State Ministry of Education, Adolescent Girls Initiatives for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE -AF) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement and Installation of Solar Power in Schools: (Procurement, Distribution and Installation of 10kva Solar Power to Newly Constructed 26 Secondary Schools (13 Junior And 13 Senior Secondary Schools and for additional 55 Senior Secondary Schools for Digital Skills in Gombe State Phase II). The Delivery Period is 90 days and there will be no margin of preference.

2. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, 7th edition, September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Objectives
This request for expression of interest follows IITA’s procurement procedures for the need to engage a qualified and experienced organization to identify, map, analyze, and assess existing and potential agribusiness parks and related enterprise support infrastructure across selected states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with a view to determining their availability, functionality, suitability, investment requirements, and potential to support youth-focused agribusiness development under the I-Youth 2.0 program.
The assignment will establish a comprehensive geo-referenced inventory of relevant public, private, and institutional facilities that could support agribusiness training, incubation, production, processing, aggregation, storage, technology demonstration, enterprise development, and market linkage activities.
