CANCELLATION OF THE PROCUREMENT PROCEEDINGS FOR THE INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE 2025 CAPITAL PROJECTS OF THE COMMISSION (CATEGORY B – WORKS/CONSTRUCTION)
INTRODUCTION
The National Human Rights Commission of Nigeria was established by the National Human Rights Commission Act 1995 (as amended) in line with Resolution 48/134 of the United Nations General Assembly which enjoins all member states to establish independent National Institutions for the promotion, protection and enforcement of human rights.
2. This publication is a follow-up to the invitation to tender for the 2025 capital projects of the Commission, published in the Federal Tenders Journal, The Trust Newspapers and The Authority Newspapers of Monday, 9th March, 2026.
3. The General Public is hereby notified of the National Human Rights Commission of Nigeria’s decision to discontinue the Procurement Proceeding for the 2025 Capital Projects of the Commission (Category B: Works/Construction – Lot B1 – Construction of a modern Conference Centre and two (2) suspended floors of offices at the NHRC’s Abuja Municipal Office (AMO) Complex, Karu, FCT). This decision is taken in the interest of the Commission and the general public.
4. By this notice, all bidders are required to retrieve their tenders from the undersigned at the address stated below:
