INVITATION TO TENDER
Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies /contracting firms to execute the under-mentioned project.
(i) Reinforcement / Rehabilitation of dilapidated Electricity Supply Network and Installation of 11KV, 300KVA Distribution Transformer at Okpaivie-Oleh Community, Isoko South LGA.
2. All Tender documents together with the completed Bills of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME) should be submitted in sealed envelopes.
3. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope and submitted at the Secretariat of the Ministerial Tenders Board, Rural Development Agency (RDA), Old Secretariat Complex, Summit Road, Asaba, not later than 14 days from the date of this publication.
4. Tenders must be submitted with the following documents:
(i) Evidence of registration with Delta State Government
(ii) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
(iii) Evidence of professional/Technical qualification
(iv) Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last three years;
(v) Evidence of previous job successfully executed;
(vi) Evidence of DSIR Card;
(vii) Evidence of Financial capability;
(viii) Evidence of Company Audit Report;
(ix) Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) and E-mail Address
(x) Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N150,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) only, for each bid into Delta State Government Internally Generated Revenue(IGR) account in Zenith Bank, UBA or Unity Bank;
(xi) Envisaged completion period.
5. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project site before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director (Planning, Research & Statistics), Rural Development Agency, Asaba, for guidance.
6. All tender documents which should be in two copies each must come with the completed Bill of Engineering and Evaluation (BEME). in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

7. You should note that the Board, in considering the tenders, is not bound to accept the lowest of any bidder.
8. The closing date for the submission of Bids is 12:00 noon Thursday, 23rd July 2026. The Bids will be opened on Monday 27th of July 2026 in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives at the Rural Development Agency’s open Registry.
