Dear Sir/Ma,
The Centre for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN), a non-governmental organization, invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply of Supply of Computers and Printers to our office in Abuja.

REQUIREMENTS
Please provide quotations for the following items in the specified quantities:

QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested vendors must include the following in their submission:
1. Complete company documents (CAC Registration, Tax Identification, etc.).
2. Validity of quotation (minimum 30 days from submission).
3. Payment terms (e.g., 50% advance, 50% on delivery or full payment after delivery).
4. Delivery terms (timeline, logistics responsibility, Installation cost, and conditions).

ADDITIONAL NOTES
• CCCRN is VAT-exempt (as an NGO).
• Statutory deductions (WHT) will apply.
• Performance Bond (PB) may be required for high-value transactions.
• Pricing must be per unit (piece).

SUBMISSION DEADLINE & FORMAT
• Hard copies only in a sealed envelope labelled “RFQ – SUPPLY OF COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS “.
• Submit to: The Procurement Officer, CCCRN, No.2 Babatope Ajakaiye Crescent, Jahi District, Abuja FCT.
• Deadline: Close of business, 16th July 2026.
