INVITATION TO TENDER

Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the projects listed below.

PRIMARY EDUCATION

Classroom Block without offices (Class 1-3) at Pemu Primary School.
2	Bomadi L.G.A., Delta State.	Renovation of 1No 6. Classroom Block with an office; Renovation of 1No. 3 classroom Block without office (Block A); Demolition/ Construction of 1No. 3 classroom block with ground beam (Block B) In Oge Primary School.
3	Burutu II L.G.A., Delta State.	Renovation of 1No 6. Classroom Block with offices at Egbondi Primary School Bolu-Ndoro; Construction of 1No 4. Toilet Block at Egbondi Primary School Bolu-Ndoro; Renovation of 1No 2. Bedroom Staff Quarters at Ekumu Primary School Ekogbene all in Burutu II L.G.A. Delta State.
4	Ukwuani L.G.A., Delta State.	Renovation of 1No3. Classroom Block without offices at Ukwata Primary School, Umukwata; Renovation of 1No3. Classroom Block with offices and toilets at Otolum Primary School, Ezionum; Demolition/Construction of 1No.4 classroom block with Offices and toilets at Igwete Primary School Amai.
5	Uvwie L.G.A. Delta State	Renovation of main building of the Army Primary School Effurun; Construction of 1No Prototype Block of 4No. Pupil’s toilet/ demolition of dilapidated pit toilet at Imawhe Primary School (Ohorhe2) Ohorhe.

2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from Tenders Board Secretariat, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba, upon non-refundable payment of the prescribed fee as contained in 3(v.).

3. Tenders, must be accompanied by the following:
i. Evidence of registration with Delta State Government;
ii. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii. Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv. Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, Utilities Bill etc.;
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N150, 000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) for the above projects.
vi. Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
vii. Evidence of Financial capability;
viii. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
ix. Evidence of DSIR Card;

4. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba for guidance.

5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to:
The Secretary,
Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba.

6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.

7. Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.

8. Late bids after Tuesday 11th August, 2026 by 12 noon, will be rejected.

9. Tenders will be opened at 10.00a.m Wednesday, 12th August, 2026 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education Conference Room, Cluster E, 3rd Floor, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Asaba.
