Background
MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is a social enterprise established in Nigeria in 2009 and is a leading provider of family planning and a range of contraceptive options to women, girls, and families across the 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. With a mission to ensure children by choice not chance, MSI Nigeria envisions a world where every birth is wanted. Through collaborations with government at the national, state, and community levels, MSI Nigeria offers accessible and comprehensive reproductive healthcare services using operational approaches, such as Marie Stopes Medical Centres, community outreach teams, public sector strengthening support, and a toll-free contact centre.

MSI Nigeria invites Expression of Interest (EOIs) from eligible and qualified consultancy firms to facilitate Drivers and Administrative Assistants Training

Engagement of Consultancy Firm to Facilitate Drivers/ Administrative Assistants Training

Project Background:
In line with MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices policy, the one hundred and thirty-seven (137) Drivers & Administrative Assistants in her employment must undergo mandatory biennial training to ensure professional, safe, and efficient vehicle operation.

Objective:
To improve driver attitude, safety, and productivity; reduce accidents and fleet costs; strengthen compliance with traffic laws; and promote environmental sustainability in line with MSI 2030 Strategy Pillar 3.

Scope:


The Consultant will deliver a 3-day, fully residential Defensive & Advanced Driving Training in 6 cohorts across Abuja, Ibadan, Enugu, Gombe, Sokoto, and Kano. Each cohort will have minimum 3 facilitators. Training will cover defensive driving, traffic laws, eco-driving, off-road/hazardous environment driving, vehicle handling, fleet KPIs, digital fleet tools, and eye screening. Methodology will be participatory with theory, simulations, and supervised practical driving. Vehicles provided by MSI.

Key Deliverables:
Adapted training materials, eye screening report, pre/post assessments, certificates, and a final comprehensive training report.

Prospective vendors with experience in training, leadership development, organisational development and performance management are invited to submit technical and financial proposals.

Note: A 5% applicable Withholding Tax (WHT) rate will be deducted from the total quoted amount at the point of payment. Vendors are also required to clearly indicate the Value Added Tax (VAT) amount applicable to their quotation on a separate line.

Potential Suppliers
This REOI is addressed to consultancy firms with proven experience in trainings, leadership development, organisational development and performance management. Applicable due diligence will be carried out on successful vendor before award.

Proposal Submission:
Mandatory Requirements
• Company profile and Organizational structure
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum of Association
• Status Report OR CAC Form CO2 and Co7
• Evidence of tax clearance from 2023 – 2025
• Proof of at least 3 years’ experience delivering corporate driver training
• Proof of 3 similar assignments completed in the last 5 years for NGOs, multinational Organizations, or donor-funded Organizations (if applicable)

Optional Requirements (plus):
• Cvs of proposed facilitators
• Professional certifications in defensive driving, fleet safety, road safety, first aid, etc.
• Relevant certifications from recognized bodies (e.g., FRSC, IOSH, NEBOSH, CMD, Defensive Driving Institutes, Red Cross for First Aid)

Financial Proposal should include:
• Training Cost per participant for all cohorts
• Travel and accommodation costs – consultant only. (MSIN is responsible for its participants/staff)
• Applicable Taxes (WHT & 7.5% VAT)
