REQUEST FOR QUOTES: PR16197806 — INSTALLATION OF CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) AT THE CHIEF OF MISSION RESIDENCE (CMR)

The UNITED STATES EMBASSY IN ABUJA has a requirement for a qualified contractor to furnish all engineering, supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and mobilization necessary to remove the existing CCTV system and install a complete replacement perimeter CCTV system, including fiber optic backbone, camera poles and foundations, network infrastructure, recording and storage equipment, and uninterruptible power supply, at a United States Government residential compound in the Maitama District, Abuja.

• Time: 10:00 a.m.
• Venue: The CMR (exact address provided to confirmed attendees only)

Attendance at the site visit is mandatory. Quotes from firms that did not attend will not be evaluated.

To attend the site visit and ensure access to the compound:

• Please respond with the full name, date of birth, and government-issued ID number of each representative (maximum two per firm) on August 26, 2026.
• Representatives must present the same valid government-issued ID and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.

To ensure your proposal is valid, please adhere to the following quote submission guidelines:

1. Technical Proposal. This must include:
2. Your methodology for fulfilling the requirements, including a network topology diagram and proposed camera coverage plan.
3. A performance schedule, specifications/materials, samples/pictures/complete drawings. Cut sheets and manufacturer data are required for every camera, NVR, switch, media converter, display, and inverter proposed.
4. Your performance history with valid contact information for past and current customers from the last three years. At least two must be comparable IP CCTV and fiber installations.
