Digital Transformation Centre, DTC Project, implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and co-funded by the European Union), would like to procure “LAPTOPS”

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested bidders shall provide evidence of: (i) CAC registration; (ii) registration with Ise-Orun Local Government and Bureau of Local Content; (iii) valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years; (iv) financial capability/bank assurance letter; (v) at least one similar verifiable project, supported by award letter, photographs and valuation certificate; and (vi) relevant technical competence/training where applicable.

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents are obtainable from the Procurement Office, Ise-Orun Local Government Secretariat, Mondays–Fridays, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., upon payment of a non-refundable fee:
N125,000.00 – Packages 1, 2, 4 & 5
N250,000.00 – Package 3

Payment shall be made to Ise-Orun Local Government IGR Account, Wema Bank, A/C No. 0122692938.

1. BORNO INVESTMENT COMPANY LTD and Yobe Investment Company Ltd has secured necessary approvals to dispose Jointly-owned Landed Properties of Borno and Yobe State Governments in Lagos State, to the general public. Borno Investment Company Ltd and Yobe Investment Company Ltd now invite sealed bids from interested bidders for the above Assets.

2. The process is open to all reputable individuals and corporate entities with proven financial capacity.

3. The landed properties shall be disposed on an “as-is” basis and net all taxes and charges.

4. Each bid must be sealed and accompanied by the following:

i) 10% of the bid value in bank draft drawn in favour of Yobe Investment Company Ltd.

ii) A letter of introduction from a licensed commercial/merchant or specialized bank, confirming the financial capacity of the bidder or other proof of funds.

iii) For corporate bidders; a profile of the company that includes but not limited to Corporate Affairs Commission registration, tax clearances, Audited Financial Statement and SOCUMB registration.

iv) For private individual bidder; requirement in (i) and (ii) above suffice.

5. In the event of a tie, Preference will be given to bidders of Borno or Yobe States Origin.

6. Bids should be submitted with corporate/individual name indicated at the back of the envelop and addressed to: The Managing Director, Borno Investment Company Ltd, 7A Jos Road, Opposite Borno State Civil Service Commission, Post Office Area, Maiduguri on or before 6th September, 2026.
