INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER

In accordance with the due process requirements of the Kano State Government of Nigeria, Ministry for Local Government invites interested, qualified, and reputable Suppliers/Contractors/Companies with relevant experience for :
1. Procurement of 5No. Toyota Hilux vehicles
2. Procurement of 30No computer laptops.
3. Procurement of 5No Boxer motorcycles.

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
(a) Evidence of Incorporation or Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) REGISTRATION of Companies with Kano State Ministry of Finance and registration with related relevant authorities.

(c) Company’s Audited Account for 3 years.
(d) Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years.
(e) VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) Evidence of Banking Support.
(g) Experience, Technical Capabilities of Key Personnel.
(h) Record of previous Supply/ Project Execution.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All submissions must be made within two (2) weeks from the day of this publication, as late submission will not be considered. The documents are to be delivered to the office of the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS) of the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

Respondents are to take note that this advert should not be considered as a commitment on the part of the Ministry for Local Government, nor shall it entitle any contractor to any claim whatsoever or to seek any form of indemnity from the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Kano State, by virtue of such contractor having responded to this publication.

1. INTRODUCTION

The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission invites eligible, qualified, and experienced automobile service providers to submit applications for prequalification for the provision of maintenance and repair services, including the supply of genuine spare parts, for the Commission’s fleet of vehicles operating within Nigeria.

2. Background

The ECOWAS Commission maintains a fleet of vehicles to support the implementation of its programmes and operations across Nigeria. To ensure the efficiency, safety, and reliability of these vehicles, the Commission intends to engage competent service providers with the capacity to provide high-quality maintenance and repair services and supply genuine spare parts for various vehicle makes and models that constitutes its fleet.

3. Scope of Services

The services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to:
• Routine preventive maintenance and servicing.
• Mechanical repairs and overhauls.
• Electrical and electronic diagnostics and repairs.
• Transmission, suspension, steering, and brake system repairs.
• Air-conditioning servicing and repairs.
• Body repairs, panel beating, and painting works.
• Engine diagnostics and repairs.
• Tire services, balancing, and alignment.
• Emergency roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services.
• Supply and installation of genuine spare parts and accessories.
• Comprehensive vehicle inspection and maintenance reporting.
