INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND SUBMISSION OF TENDER

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Governing Council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, invites reputable, experienced and interested contractors for pre-qualification and submission of tender for the underlisted project.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF RADIO STATION EQUIPMENT

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested firms should submit notice of intent to pre-qualify in the tender exercise. The documents should be signed, paginated, separated by dividers and arranged in the order outlined hereunder with table of content indicating the pages on which each item would be found:
a. Evidence of certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC 1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7, or Business Name where applicable;
b. Evidence of Company/Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025); valid till 31th December, 2026;
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 issued by National Pension Commission (applicable where number of staff is at least 15);
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (applicable where number of staff is at least 5 or at least N50m turnover);
e. Nigeria Social Industrial Trust Fund (NISTF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
