INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Kaduna State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (herein referred to as IDA) towards the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (LPRES) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contracts for the:

A. Construction of Modern Livestock Market and Milk Collection Centres at Three Dairy Clusters

The Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (LPRES) Project is now inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction as described below:

LOT 1: Construction of Modern Livestock Market in Birnin Gwari.
Bid Security (N): 12,600,000.00
Financial Capability / Cash Flow (N): 210,000,000.00
Average Annual Construction Turnover (N): 629,968,501.57

LOT 2: Construction of Milk Collection Centres at Three Dairy Clusters.
Bid Security (N): 9,600,000.00
Financial Capability / Cash Flow (N): 160,000,000.00
Average Annual Construction Turnover (N): 479,976,011.02

B. Development of a Livestock Value Chain Hub — with essential infrastructure such as Perimeter Fencing, 2 km Road Access Network, Security Posts, Administrative Block and Water Points.
