Objectives
This request for expression of interest follows IITA’s procurement procedures and is intended to engage a qualified and experienced organization capable of designing, building, deploying, integrating, securing, and supporting an enterprise-grade Project Data Measurement and Learning System. IITA intends to establish PDMALS as the authoritative digital system of record for I-Youth 2.0. The platform will integrate operational data capture, participant lifecycle management, measurement, learning, geospatial information, dashboards, and reporting within a secure, scalable environment. It must work in low-connectivity settings, interoperate with existing and future digital tools, and remain configurable as Program requirements evolve.
