EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A CONTAINER OFFICE COMPLEX AND HOSPITAL ELEVATOR
Dear Architecture and Contracting Partners,
We are inviting seasoned firms to submit an Expression of Interest for our upcoming hospital expansion. This project encompasses the design and construction of a new administrative office complex utilizing shipping containers. The completion of this container complex will enable us to relocate our current administrative staff, thereby freeing up crucial space within the main hospital building to expand our clinical activities. Furthermore, the project scope includes the structural integration and installation of a new elevator system within the main hospital facility.
We seek to engage highly capable contractors who possess a proven track record of delivering innovative, top-tier healthcare or container-based projects. Interested firms are required to submit a comprehensive proposal detailing their company background, ownership structure, and project delivery methodology. Your submission must also include a portfolio highlighting previous projects of a similar nature and scale, along with any other information that demonstrates your capacity to meet our stringent quality standards.
Please submit your complete Expression of Interest via email to info@kaafspecialisthospital.com with the subject line “EOI Submission: Hospital Expansion Project” no later than Friday, July 24, 2026. Please be advised that financial quotations are not required at this initial stage. Firms successfully shortlisted from this phase will be invited to our facility for a formal meeting with Hospital Management and a comprehensive site walkthrough. Only after this physical assessment will the selected contractors be requested to submit their final financial bids. We look forward to reviewing your submissions and potentially partnering with your team.
